We understand that you may need to return or exchange a product. Here is all need to know about it!
Why?
Sometimes Life Happens and you may end up receiving a damaged product. In such cases, you wouldwant to return or exchange it. Worry Not! You can request for replacement of the same item oranother product from our store of equivalent or more value.
How?
It’s Simple!Just Record,Write, Pack& Ship!
- Record a video beginning from the outer to inner packaging showcasing the product and defects (if any)
- Write to support@azulucricket.com, attach the video and our teamwill go guide you through it
- Pack the product in it’s original packaging, unused& in same condition as it was received withall tags and labels included
- Ship the item back to us. Once we receive the product and verify the details, we will process the request
When?
- Return/Exchange request to be raised within 7days from the date of delivery
- We aim to close every case within 7-15 days.We will do our best to expedite the process and keep you informed incase of any delays
- Refunds will be processed as store credit same day or if you choose original method of payment, expect 5-7days’ processing time
Where?
- Our Shipping address is "87/9 Shastri Nagar, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh - 250004"
- If the request is accepted,Shipping cost will be refunded by us for India locations(no refunds for out of India, but hopefully shortly)
- Products that are used, soiled, or differ from the items originally sold will not be accepted and may be returned if customeris willing to bear the shipping cost or else we will retain the item with us without any refund

If you receive a parcel that is not properly sealed, we advise you to refuse acceptance of the parcel. Please record a video and send us an email at support@azulucricket.com along with the video.This is essential for us to ensure perfect delivery experiences to our Cricketers.
